Feb 14, 2008 05:02PM - 2 comments

Well, it has been 10 days since my RAI at MD Anderson and I am glad that I had the friends of this network to help me through this Journey through HYPO HELL.  It has been an experience that I will never forget!  I look forward to helping others get through this situation and easing their anxiety and fears!

HI Joni Its me Venora How are you doing 10 days out of RAI?  are you back on meds yet? I know what you mean about the hypohell experience. i was going through a year ago and I have never been so miserable in my life even at the height of my bi polar days. I am glad you made it through. does your food taste off? Mine did for about a month. beef up on your vitamins and anti oxidents to build up your immune system. the RAI really takes a whack at you immune sytem and being hypo does too. talk to you later Love Venora

Hey Joni - just a few more days of feeling like you are the walking dead then you'll start to feel better, and quickly.

Yeah, it's no fun but think of all the other people you can help with your experience now!   (I know, right now that doesn't seem like much consolation).

Hugs!
