I'm SO sorry you feel awful.  It's NOT FAIR. Period.

I'm not a doctor or anything, and I've never experienced anything like what you're describing, but one of my recent surgeries was excruciating and has left me with chronic pain. A fellow sufferer.

Can you do some internet research and see if there are supplements which will help with the Fibro and CFS?  Check out something called NADH; it's a potent form of Niacin which is said to be energizing.  Maybe a physical therapist could help with the pain; you might also want to try ultrasound, massage or acupuncture (I do all of these and swear by them.)

My best wishes to you.  My prayers are headed your way. Here's a hug.  {{{{{  }}}}}}

Angela,
Kathy is on the right track as far as the CFS goes, niacin and B-12 can work wonders on that.  It's a natural energy boost and might do worlds of good for you...it falls under the can't hurt/might help catagory, you should give it a try.  Also thiamine for the fatigue.  I know for a fact that it will boost the energy levels and help that blah feeling.  I'll be thinking about you.
