No more change of mind. I dropped Lucy at the vet this morning for her operation (remove one side of her mammary glands. She knew that something was up as she was hidding from me this morning. She is a clever little thing. She understands that no food after 8:00pm means going to the vet the next day... and we only did it 3 times recently.
We are looking forward picking her up this afternoon/evening even if it will be painfull for us to look at her all messed up. Hopefully she will have minimum pains. Keep my fingers crossed.

You are doing the right thing. Take it a step at a time. My prayers are with you and Lucy. Believe you can keep her post op pain down.....the vet will give you meds, I'm sure.
