changing situation

marijuana

I still can't sleep; but things are changing for the better.  This morning I woke up in a warm sweat.  Well, it's better than a cold sweat.  And, I dreamed again (never did that when I was on Methadone) and it wasn't exactly a nightmare.  While, recently I have been dreaming of smashing up big rigs on highway detours, getting painted with hot asphalt, missing buses with now-dead friends, last night I had sort of a fun dream.  I suppose it wouldn't take a psychiatrist to analyze it.  I was at EPCOT Center and, at the China expo, a fellow approached me and said if I would follow him down the beach and around a deserted corner, he'd sell me a bag of marijuana.  I was so excited.  First, I had to go to every other expo center and return all the foreign money I'd collected in change (aren't dreams interesting?) for various souvineer purchases, and then, once I had a wallet full of yankee dollars, I was going to score.  I woke up before accomplishing my mission.  Oh, sure, it's all about drug cravings; but nobody died and nobody was dead AND I didn't take any Methadone yesterday.  My back is killing me.  At least my in-home physical therapist is coming to visit today.  So, on average, this looks like a good day.

I'm glad the dream was not as terrifying as the last.. Drug dreams you wake up all excited only to realize it was a dream.. I did not like the dreams but I liked the euphoria they bring :) You are doing really well No Methadone is difficult at best.. I'm glad your physical therapist is making an appearance today it helps to break up time..  The pain actually lessens the further from the drug you get at least I found that to be true for me.. Wishing you only the best.. lesa
