DEAR SIR
  MY FRIEND  HAS A PROBLEM OF WATER IN LUNG. DOCTORS ARE GIVING MEDICINES OF T B .AFTER A PERIOD OF ABOUT ONE MONTH THEY HAVE EXTRACTED WATER THREE TIMES. NOW THE WATER HAS BEEN DETECTED TO BE THICKEN STATE . I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE DOCTORS ARE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION OR NOT. IT IS TO NOTE THAT DOCTOR ARE KEEPING HIM ON T B DRUGS. PLEASE GUIDE ME.

These are where people more knowledgeable on lung issues are.
