Carpal Tunnel Surgery TODAY

Your hand should be "frozen" for 36 to 48 hours, B---S--- surgery was at 2:30 this afternoon it's 9:30 and WOW !!!!I can't believe the pain, I tolerate pain and medical 'procedures' very  well, epidurals,emg/ncv's,a pressure test in the bottom of my foot when I shattered my ankle 1/4 inch 'needle 7 inches long no local nothing. But this hurts bad.I taken enough pain meds to make me sick to my stomach, when I usually take 120 mg's morphine sulphate daily for pain. I know what a cry baby but geez I didn't expect this kind of pain. Anyone else have this experience ??
