foot pain

I have chronic lower back and mainly in the "S1" area of my right foot along with numbness, tingling, burning like frost bight for about 4 years and it just seems to get worse. Sleepless nights.Full body tremors, headaches & dizziness when taking 150mg 2x a day.

Doctors say I have stenosis in the L4/5 area but not bad enough to operate. GOOD! however, I have been taking Norco, Tramdol, and 150 2x a day of Lyrica. I did take 50mg  2x a day and it did nothing. I stopped taking it completely a week and a half ago because I felt like I had the flu for about 3 days and am not sure if it was the Lyrica or just the flu. I had just up'd the dose to 150mg 2x a day 2 days before the flu incident. @ 2/8/08 flu like ?

Now I am starting 150mg 2x a day and I am in my 2nd day and feel very dizzy and lack of energy. I even had tremors last night 2/17/08. I have a follow up Dr. appt. 2/19/08. Not sure what to do! the pain is sever, I have to resort to my cane some days to steady me...  Dr. not sure what to do. I have been on disability for 9 mo. and they have not figured me out. I am really concerned that this is not going to get better. It worries me, because I have always been the "Rock" so to speak. I grew up with 5 brothers and I was the one that did it all. The pain on my right side and really ending in my right foot makes it really tough to function. Daily sitting or standing is killing me!

I just ran across this sight and found it intriguing. I really feel for all of you with such pain. I never really had such chronic pain until about 3 years ago. It started about 5 years ago after making a long business trip to India. The pain was less and I would deal with it with over the counter meds. In the last 3 years it has become chronic. It will not go away. It is painful just to sit here and type and than standing hurts like ...

I have been on Norco, Tramdol, for about 8mo, and now Lyrica 150 2x a day. So far just dizziness, nauseated feeling, and just feel loopy from the Lyrica. Pain is still there.

I have been on disability for 9mo. They still can't put an explanation to my issue. They say maybe it's caused by the back issue, than they say maybe Neuropathy, maybe Fibro, I am just dizzy and in pain. I don't know what to do. This disability runs out and I don't know how you guys can function, drive, stand, sit daily with the pain. Nor the meds.
