Another 2ww

Here I am again starting the 2ww.  I am on cd16, which I think is 2 dpo because I got my positive OPK on cd13 and my temperature then went up on cd15.  We were able to bd on the day of the positive test as well as the day before and the day after, so I think we timed it pretty good this time around.  We also used preseed, so hopefully this will be the winning combination!  I am just feeling so much more hopeful lately because I really think that Femara is my answer.  I finally feel like my body is working the way it is supposed to!  This waiting though is definitely the hardest part.  You just feel so helpless because you have no control over what your body is doing now!  I just really hope that this is our month.  We were sorta hoping for a November baby last year, and never dreamed that we'd get around to another November, so maybe this is what was meant to be.  We want nothing more than to be parents and are hoping that our prayers will be answered.
