My Friend found out he has a Paralized Diaphragm under one of his lungs.
He wants to know of any surgerys that will correct it .
He wants to know of anything that he can do to help correct his problem
He has shortness of breath and tire easily.
He needs to know what may have caused his problem.
He has had no heart surgerys.
