Allergic reaction?

I was sewing at a friend's house today for an outfit that I will need at the end of Jan.  There was alot of work and I overdid between the cutting out and all.  My back and wrist and abdomen were hurting when I got home, so I took a Tylenol3.  About an hr later, my face and ears got so red and hot I felt like I got a sun/wind burn.  Seriously, I feel like I was at an airshow all day w/out sunscreen.  No itching or rash elsewhere.
