Recently when taking out a tampon (my cycle hadn't quite started.... white skirt=necessary preventative measures) I felt a very small little lump on my "Posterior Fourchet," and upon further investigation I discovered two more lumps, or little balls rather, one of slightly larger size and one about the size of an eraser head, right inside my vagina. I've also had SEVERE vaginal itching for the last few months, but as I am an idiot, I've done nothing about it except for wash myself and call upon all the gods I know in hopes that I don't have an STD or an STI. Sometimes the itching turns more sore, and the itchy areas (labia minora, almost always) turn tender but when I look, there is never anything to see except for a little bit of redness that I assume comes from scratching the living H-e-l-l out of my girly bits.
I've had vaginal sex with two different people, and condoms were used with both. I had another sexual partner who I didn't have intercourse with but there was condom-free penal-vaginal contact, albeit briefly.

I'm only 18 and I don't have health insurance. I've tried to research this but with my new little lumpy development I think it may be a cyst rather than the accursed HSV virus, which I've never been tested for.... And I already said it, I'm an idiot! So you don't have to:)  Just please try to help, any and all advice appreciated! I'd really like to have a fair level certainty of what is going on before I call my mother begging her to put me back on her health insurance so I get my hoo-ha checked out. Thanks so much!
