Clean & Press - 2x10 Rps w/115 lbs
Leg Extension - 2x13 Rps w/160 lbs
Machine Flyes - 3x10/10/7 Rps w/ 130 lbs
Lat Pulldowns - 2x7 Rps w/ 160lbs
