Pain around left testical while coughing

I am 23 years old i smoke mildly take zyrtec for allergies.I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident where i tore my labrum in my left shoulder and two ligaments in my right wrist.Shorly after these 2 surgeries i got a bad sinus infection with lots of coughing and sneezing as normal.About a day or 2 in to this when i would cough there was a sorness around my left testical.More of a dull pain than sharp but very annoying and discomforting.I felt this for about 3-4 days and then it stopped.Then about a month later i had a slight cold with coughing and the pain has came back.I cant tell if this pain is in or above my testical but either way it sucks.I have exaimed my self and found no lumps or swelling of any sort.Walking, lifting weights, running, straining,sitting, standing, and sex does not seem to bother it at all.Every time i cough i experince this pain.But this may sound werid but when i turn my head to the right the pain is hardly noticable.I plan to see the doctor but wanted just a little more insite or experince to know what to expect.
