Knee manipulation

I have had total knee surgery on Oct 6, and I had to go back and get a knee manipulation in November, My range was about 65 and now its at about 92-95. I am now having pain in my knee around the joint

my mother has to have a knee manipulation after 3 months ansd she is afraid during the manipulation may break her leg.
