I am currently in my first trimester with my second child. I was wondering if I can have my tubes tied right after my childs birth?

I had my last child at 10:23am and they did my tubal at noon the same day. However it was extremly painful. I had my three children naturally and the tubal was way worse. If I was you I would let my body heal from child birth before putting it through even more. It was not pleasent.
