Well, first, know that you're not alone. There are tons of people who have the bad habit of masturbating. I admire the fact that you no only acknowledge it's messing you up... but also that you want to change. I think that's the real first step. I've been trying to overcome it for several years now, but I know that I can do it.
Just a couple of personal questions if you don't mind me asking. How long have you been masturbating for? How old are you? How often do you do it? I used to do it like 5 times a day... but now I've worked my way down to once a week.. or so. It's possible! I know I can do it, I just need to keep at it. You can do it man.
