There is a lot of information and buzz about anti-oxidant supplements. The most well known are vitamins C and E. Our cells are constantly under attack by free radicals. They are dangerous naturally occurring substances which can cause a reduction of our cells' ability to function optimally. As we age, and expose our bodies to stress, chemicals, pollutants, and average lifestyle habits, we begin to lose energy, vitality, mental alertness, and more. Anti-oxidants are therefore vital to the function of our living cells.
The focus of this article is on Glutathione (GSH), a protein made from the amino acids cysteine, glutenic acid and glycine. It is one of the most important elements of the “anti-oxidant defense system” according to the Aurora Health Care web site.
"Glutathione is a very interesting, very small molecule that's [produced by the body and] found in every cell," says Gustavo Bounous, MD, director of research and development at Immunotec and a retired professor of surgery at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. "It's the [body's] most important antioxidant because it's within the cell."(Web MD)
The Journal of Nutrition in 2004 reported that Glutathione has an important role in anti-oxidant defense, nutrient metabolism and regulation of cellular events. A deficiency stresses this oxidative system which plays a key role in aging and the many disease states such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, seizure disorder, cancer, heart attack, stroke and diabetes to name a few. A 2003 New England Journal of Medicine article confirmed that a low level of a glutathione enzyme was associated with an increased risk of a cardiovascular event.
Today, athletes are using glutathione for sports performance enhancement. Training can overwhelm the immune system and the body cannot eliminate excess free radicals fast enough. This can contribute to fatigue, muscle soreness and sometimes pain. Glutathione helps neutralize these free radicals. “Athletes who have tried the product have reported peak or enhanced performance levels and a quicker recovery time after workouts or games. But is it safe and legal for athletes to use? Yes, according to tests by ConsumerLab.com” (John Hutchinson, Jezam News).
It appears that taking Glutathione is safe in normal doses, although it should be avoided in people with milk protein allergies and in those who have received an organ transplant (Web MD)
Glutathione occurs naturally in many foods, and people who eat well probably have enough in their diets. The key word is probably. The stresses and strains of our daily lives are constantly depleting our bodies. This imbalance is a key factor in many disease processes.
Glutathione is a scientifically proven anti-oxidant that is of extreme importance to the body’s function at a cellular level. Glutathione intake should be strongly considered on a daily basis to be proactive not reactive with respect to one’s health.
Max GXL is the glutathione supplement. It is scientifically proven through double blind studies.
The words of Dr. John C. Nelson, 159th President of the American Medical Association:
“This product (MaxGXL), in my opinion, represents the single most important breakthrough in health that we will witness in my lifetime, and this product will revolutionize, change, and transform the practice of medicine worldwide and make Dr. Robert Keller more famous than Jonas Salk who created the polio vaccine.” (John Hutchinson, Jezam News).
Glutathione is vital to the antioxidant defense system and your body cannot live without it. MaxGXL is the glutathione supplement that can transform your life.
The question I have for you today is:
What are you going to do TODAY to improve your health?
