This picture is a close up of my neck with my head looking up toward the ceiling.
Hi, Not too bad... Same for me. How long has it been like that? I'm at 15 yrs. Hard to wear cloths near my neck, feels like I'm chocking. I'm 50 now. A good weight 5'6" @ 148 lbs but my back hurts all the time. I think it's degenerative disks between vertabra. I'm going to go back on Glucosime - looking for non-crustation type because the other kills my stomach - the back pain is worse.
