Exercise



I was working out and the reaction to working out (heavy breathing, fast heart rate, sweating, etc) are the same symptoms I have when I have anxiety so working out caused me to have anxiety. This lasted for multiple days. I thought maybe something was wrong with my heart because of chest pain. I just couldn't calm myself down. I went to see family because I was terrified to be alone.
