i have a rectal odor please help.

im 16 years old and have a fecal odor. ive noticed this about a couple of months ago from now. before the odor it felt like my rectal walls where burning, i had alot of gas, and i was having a bowel movement almost everytime of the day but when i checked my pants it was nothing there. i had a sweat back there to. Three months later, when school started i noticed this fecal odor. i ignored it then as weeks passed i started to notice everybody moving away from me. I started to here comment from students and teachers. So i started doing research on the computer. i found this story of this women who had fecal odor from hemmroids. so i asked my mom can we go to the doctor. i got a check up and they said i had hemmroids and anal fissures. they gave some hemmroid cream and stool softeners. i used them for 3 weeks everyday the hemmroids went away a littlebit but the odor was still their. i went to a pediatrisian with my mom and they sent me to texas children hospital. they checked my rectal and they didnt find any hemmroids. they gave my a blood test and a urine test. i was supposed to go back four days a go but my mom did have the money. now im at home staying in the house for the summer and trying to find out how to cure this thing on my own. ive had suicidal thought from this.
