My goal is to lose 30lbs by September 30, 2012. I currently weigh 255lbs and am targeting a sustained weight of 225lbs. I am currently on the 5th day of Phase 1 of the South Beach diet. I plan to include exercise, i.e. Tae Bo, aerobics, etc. to help reduce weight. I will also increase my water intake to 64oz. per day. I will also, as best as possible, increase my sleep and rest. With God's help, I will succeed.
