Numbness and tingling

Went to Dr. Sidar the rheumatologist on the 3rd and he gave me a 95% positive diagnosis of RA. He ordered blood work and a couple dozen xrays.

Having sharp pains in random toes today. Normally my foot pain is in the ball joint just behind the toes. Both take my breath away, thank God they don't last long, I can't imagine pain that sharp on a constant basis. Toes on left foot are still numb and the numbness is spreading to the area just behind my toes. Right foot which has been numb since my back surgery feels different too (more numb), it sometimes feels like my arch is touching the floor or I'm standing on something that is putting pressure on my arch. I notice that I'm not stepping as high on the right side and tend to trip alot on uneven surfaces. This worries me as I risk falling and breaking more bones, especially if my left foot continues to become more involved.

Had a pretty good day with my upper back and neck but during dinner prep and dishes my neck and upper back hurt so bad that I had to come to bed and take a Hydrocodone. Horrible headache coming from the lower back of my head and my eyes since my neck and back started acting up. Relaxing helps but not completely. Pain pills barely take the edge off.

I expected the Prednisone to work a miracle for me this week with immediate relief, I'm taking 3 - 5mg a day since Tuesday the 3rd. My wrists do feel less painful but my ankles are stiff and I am still experiencing pain in all of my joints and some muscles. Tips of middle fingers on right hand are still tingling, this started becoming noticible last week.  Fingers and ankles are stiff - all day long. I'm worried about gaining weight and plan increasing my physical activities.
