Bumpers and stuff

My friend Gloom and I were chatting one day about our throats, and I mentioned these bumps I get on my tongue, that I have one right now, right on the tip of my tongue!
She and my sister Debby EC also had them!
We talked about remedies, I said Peroxide as did EC Debby, then I follow up with Listerine rinse. (yes, I know it has alcohol in it) I don't drink it I just rinse with it!
Gloom tried that and almost ended up in the ER! She now has special numbing sauce! :P
I can not eat tomatoes right now, the acid burns my tongue which makes me want to scream. She can't eat pizza!
Speaking of tomatoes, my new theme song is "ON top of old smokey! "
There is the even parmesian to go with it, itchy head, and the ears! Flakes! Jd my airforce blue buddy, also has this phenom!
As mean as this may sound, I can't wait till wassup starts treatment, her descriptions of sides will be hillarious! I totally do not want her to suffer! She always makes me feel so happy and makes me giggle!
In the short period of time I have been frequenting this board, I have found some of the most amazing friends!
New ones everyday, Comapassionate and strong women of character, women I would be glad to call friends in real life. Women who comfronted and still in some cases confronting their fears every day. Mothers who show such unselfishness! Sisters who offer hope, comapssion and a true friendship!
I am so proud to know you all!
Ok there is a couple of you guys that are a ok also! :)
So now I am done being mushy, I just truly think you should always let people know the goodness you see in them and how much they mean to you!

I knew when I started tx I would have the normal amount of problems but didint think of sore throat and a snowstorm in my ears!! AMong other things that we cant speak of on the forum. hehehehe
And I also didint imagine that when Itake the Riba one hour later I sneeze for over a half hour!!
What next???? Stay tuned...although this all can be rather tiring and boring....................
but we gotta do what we gotta do.!!

Ok, you sneeze also? how about constantly blowing your nose? We should buy stop in tissue! geesh we are not getting on a never mind not even saying it!

When I hear stories like these and oh yeah the wig story I wonder if I can do this. But then I hear you ladies sense of humor and how refreshing it is to see so much support to one another. Somehow you all make me scared to death and then laugh, all in the same sitting. I can't believe people that I have never meet have totally changed my life. I am usually enjoying a beer on friday night. Since I have "meet" you all, tonight I am in my jammies, just drank some milk and relaxing with you all. I actually feel "OK" not having a drink tonight. Thank you all for the new found strength that I have found in you.

We dont want to make you scared to death. We are all in the same boat and are here to support each other and try to get out of this mess we are all in. DOnt be scared. Fear will really mess your mind up more than a disease ever can. I know its hard just try. I am certainly not the one to lecture but having a beer is not good for your liver . It can cause progression alot more rapidly. So be careful and think about it. I hope you start to feel better once you start taking Neurotin.
And please remember drinking wth Hep C is so bad for you.

Do the right thing by your body and you will be rewarded.

Excellent advise from Charm, We totally do not want to scare anyone, Encourage, let them know their fears are normal, that life will go on. If we have a giggle and make each other feel not afraid. That what ever it takes we are here for each and get through this!

OK, Deb, Hurt my feelings? NO WAY< I consider it a compliment to my oft strange sense of humor. Well, we'll all have to be patient to hear about my sx.
