My talk with God

Tonight I sit here and wonder about my life, so I came up with these thoughts, not if, but when I leave this earthly body and approach the gates of heaven, I will be met by St Peter, I am sure, he will ask me a question like "what did you do with your life?" Since I have had time to think this out, I will answer, "I was a friend" then he will ask "what do you want to do here" and I am going to ask to talk to God. St Peter will tell me that God is busy, I am sure, but I will insist, as I always do, "What do you want to talk with God about?", "my feriends", I will answer. Ushered into the Holy presense of God, am I afraid, NO, I have planned this all out, so I will ask God to find the person on earth that knows the cure for cancer and "let it be known to all", have faith ladies and it shall be done. I do this for you all, because you are my friends. Fanciful thoughts? who knows? Marty

You have me CRYING.......................................... GOOD TEARS....... LOL You know.........I have recently been thinking about MY LIFE............. and feeling like I haven't done ANYTHING worth while or of importance and feeling not worthy or going or making it into heaven. I became a Christian in 1990 and not to get all into starting a faith thing here, but things and people have happened in my life that I ALLOWED to change me. Due to these changes I feel I'm not at a place where God would say I could go to heaven. But............YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY HEAVEN SENT MY FRIEND. I too can say, "I was a friend". I am one of the best friends anybody could ask for because I'm honest, supportive, NON-judging, NON-criticizing, accepting of people of all races, size, beliefs etc... I LOVE unconditionally and don't put controls and RULES on my relationships. I CAN GO a LONG TIME without hearing from someone and pick right up where we left off as though NO TIME HAD PAST and I don't hold any hard feelings about not staying in touch. etc... I've encountered people like that they get angry if they don't hear from you or see you in THEIR TIME FRAME.
THANK YOU A 100% for sharing this with us and YOU HAVE NO IDEA THE DIFFERENCE YOU'VE MADE FOR ME....................................
