Today has been a good day so far. Breakfast slimfast powder mix,lunch turkey breast sandwich and a plum, dinner salbury steak and veggies,and snack ricework crackers. I have learned thru trial anderror if I want to lose weight and I'm trying to encourage friends I can't wait around for them I have to focus on myself wont let anyone stop me or deter me again
