So I started a workout/stretching routine, in hopes that my immeasurable pain from Fibromyalgia and other ailments might subside. To no avail. I continue to wake and go to sleep in excruciating pain on a daily basis. These exercises and stretches are supposed to be helping me, not causing more and more pain! I realize that I am strengthening muscles that need to be there in order to stabilize my spine. Only the symptoms of sciatica are getting worse with every passing day! I'm beginning to lose hope with this system, and myself too!
