well i woke up twice with my right hand swolen again as soon as i move the hand it deflates, it was not cold or numb last night just swolen ,swelling has gone now i feel as i have had a better nights sleep as i did not wake with worries on my mind i did go to bed fairly early around 1030 gardening job today 4 hours work.
