The juice was terrible. It took me two hours to drink my Mean Green yesterday morning, but I did it. In the afternoon, I had a carrot, orange, and greens drink. I don't like orange juice so it was hard to get down. I only ended up drinking about half of it. In the evening, we experimented with other recipes and made what I will be having today. Again, I will be starting with the Mean Green. Later, I have the Watering Pineapple to look forward to.
Before I started, I was at my heaviest weight. I was 185-ish pounds. When I weighed myself yesterday morning, I was down to 180.6. This morning I weighed myself and I am at 178.2. I had tried Weight Watchers and lots about twelve pounds, but I quickly gained it back. It was easy, at first, to use my points or less, but once I lost enough weight to lower my points, it was hard to stick to it. I always felt hungry. With the juicing system, I don't feel hungry, but I do want to eat. It's nice to do a small juice fast, so I know what to expect if I decide to do a longer one later. I like the results I'm already seeing, but the process is expensive.
