I have fallen off my workout and diet this weekend. I ordered out 3 days in a row because I had such a busy week. Had to do shopping for school. And the bad part about that is I ordered out and the food wasn't even that good or maybe my taste buds have changed because I had stopped ordering out for a month. Then yesterday I cooked out and I have a weakness for bbq. But starting tomorrow no more excuses going to pick up where I left off with my diet and exercise. Fridge is restocked with healthy foods and I'm ready to go.
