Yesterday I walked 3 miles today another 3 miles. Between yesterday and today I took 1600 steps. I have been using a pedometer didn't know how to reset it so all my info was stored from yesterday and combined with today's info but with a little math I was able to break everything down after I finished my walk today I played around with it and was able to figure out how to reset it so that's good. Now I'm just trying to get back into my healthy eating zone. Did okay yesterday up until dinner time because I had company I didn't eat what I wanted to which was fish and veggies so I had some baked fries and jerk chicken. But I did star my morning off good today so far had a Kashi trail mix bar and multi grain oatmeal after my walk. I should be fully back on track by the end of the week. Wish me luck
