I am having several issues that all seem to come at me at once. My sleeping is still very irregular. Sometimes I dont fall asleep until 5am and that is with taking flexerl (10mg), 2 tyelol pm's & hydroxyzine (50mg). Then when I do fall asleep, sleeping is all I seem to want to do. But if I dont take them I am good on just sleeping for a few hours until I crash somewhere in the middle of the day. I also have noticed my body twitchings getting worse. Arms, legs, sides, & head. I wear out real easy. Most anything I do takes my oxegen out of my system and my system is slow to replacing it. My lungs dont work properly anymore. I have been diagnosed with COPD, but I do NOT have the weezing most associate with it. (I quit smoking 5yrs ago) Trying to get a doctor to listen to me is about as hard as me trying to hear normally..which I cant do because I finaly had my hearing tested and found I have a 50% hearing loss. My wrists are hurting bad like before the carpel tunnel surgery I had 4yrs ago. AND the thumb on my left hand has been starting to pull inwards on its own. There is slight pain when it happens, but this is VERY new. Just started about a week ago. When this happens, it wants to stay there for a few moments. But I have been forsing it to go back to the normal position.  I feel like I am not being taken seriously by the docotors when I try to explain all this. Makes me feel like Im either crazy or the doctors think I'm making all this up. I HATE IT!!!! So I will start recording it all on here..my moods, whats happening to me and IF or WHEN I get any kind of help from the doctors.
What I have been diagnosed with was done in MN when I lived there for a yr. Here is what I found out.. I have:
COPD, (mild)
Arthritic hips, a knee, feet & hands
A fractured saccum
Arthritic(?) spine about in the middle
PTSD or Bi polar (they arent completely sure)
Sleep Apnea, I have had this since 2005
