Well I finally feel well rested and energetic. Finally in a good place now where I can focus on my 2nd attempt at my weight loss journey.I had to realize if you have friends around you that are not motivated to make lifestyle changes then that attitude rubs off on you. So i focus on me now and keep my eyes on the prize. Being able to fit back in my size 10 jeans. Just got in from walking. I walked 2.37 miles and clocked 5037 steps. And that's counting walking my kids to school and my morning walk at the track and field. I have to put my dvd workouts on hold until next week because my husband is doing home repairs in the living room and that's where I do my exercise because I have enough space to move around. Plus that's where I feel most comfortable. My living room is my mom cave. The kids have the basement to play and have their fun time. And my husband has the bedroom. So we're all happy!
