I had steamed tilapia yesterday for dinner. My knowledge of healthy fish recipes are very limited. Only other way I know how to cook fish is to fry it. Looking for recipes and ingredients that are affordable. Any suggestions?

I usually bake my fish. You can either drizzle the pan with olive oil or a nonstick spray as well as on the fish. You want it to keep its moisture and not dry out. Then, I take some asparagus or brussel sprouts (cut in half) drizzle it in olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and italian seasonings. I bake both the fish and veggies at 400*F, the fish for around 15 minutes and the veggies for around 20, stirring them up a bit during the process. You could also eat some brown rice with it. (Whole grains and whole wheats are healthier than white grains)
