Mosquito bites

I have 3 mosquito bites on my hand that have swelled up to form 1 big bite. It was throbbing and woke me up several times during the night. I think I have an allergic reaction that causes the swelling. After taking an antihistamine (Zyrtec), it doesn't itch anymore but it's still very puffy and swollen.
