so earlier today (20-40+ min ago) I was thinking about how I need to keep a food/exercise/ADHD journal and how a handy app would be great, and I couldn't figure out why one didn't exist already. Spent about 20 min looking for one and then momentarily decided that I would make one. Now that I've discovered this tracker on medhelp I'm going to try it for a little while. Hopefully the app on my ipad and phone (going to start w/ 'moody') will sync with this chart and it'll work alright. Also it would be nice if the food and exercise trackers could overlap with the mood app, also it would be nice if the mood category were customizable. I don't plan on sharing this with anyone (at least not right now) because it will most likely be fairly personal. though so far it doesn't give me an option of what is availible to whom.
