mornings are tough ... no energy.   The middle of the day just takes a LOT of willpower to break habit.  The nights are difficult because the restlessness and wired feeling makes for not much sleep!  What a vicious cycle! After no sleep the next day is harder to face without sleep AND no energy!

i read your post, 20 v's a day.  wow you are doing great now.  how long did your "sickness or wd" last?  you stated you tapered, what was your daily regimine, and how long did you taper.  GOD BLESS YOU and ME
