I just don't know enough about what's going on with me

I just don't know enough about what's going on with me i'm only 27 trying to do the best i can to take car of my kids i've been suffering for a few years with pain i didn't know what was ever causing it until just a few weeks ago and all i want to do is find out all i can to help take care of it. I hate the pain it causes me all over in my hands, shoulders, back, legs, and my feet some burning some tingling some sharp stabbing pains i just don't know why it's happening or what's causing it but i want to come to understand why and what if anything can help it at all i'm on topamax but i want to either have something more permanent done or take something more permanent because i was told topamx was not a permanent medication for these things
