Period late

Well here I am about 3 weeks late for my Period. I had one Dec about a week before xmas, then another one Jan 3rd. I should have had one no later than Feb 14th. But It hasn't shown up. I want more than anything to have a baby but my fiance has retrograde ejaculation ( where the seman goes into his bladder rather than out his penis). Very little comes out when he has an orgasm. Maybe just a drop or 2 of clear sticky liquid. The Dr told him he'd need asst. if we wanted a baby.
We have UPI because we want to have a baby. We are very active at least once a week.
I went to Planned Parenthood on March 1st and had a urine test and it was BFN!! I have been cramping in my lower abdomen. I am also very overweight. I was told my periods could be irregular due to my weight but I have never had issues before. I am just afraid to get my hopes up that I might be pregnant.

I am in a similar situation as you are but I am only 2 days late. I feel like I am going to have my period but nothing comes. My period has been very regular. It is very hard to just sit around and wait for it to happen but like me you need to be patient. If you don't get your period in a few days I would take a pregnancy test or have a blood test if that would be more comforting for you. About your weight, yes it can cause you to miss a period but I weighed 270 when I was pg with my son and I was able to conceive no problem. If it turns out that you can't get pregnant due to a problem you are having or your fiancee, then go to a fertility doctor. Don't give up. If it's meant to happen then it will. Good luck to you.
