Two weeks since I had my ablation.
I felt much better this morning after a good night's sleep.
I felt much more energetic.

My leg was abit achy near the catheter entry site, when i was driving this morning.
Then my thigh on the same leg felt wierd today. Sort of a cross between tingly and achy.

After work I shopped at the supermarket. I came home and did some washing, some baby minding and quite a lot of related walking.
When I was outside the phone rang and without thinking I ran up our steps to the second storey of our house. I used to always run up the steps but I haven't done so for ages.

I'm noticing that if I get tired I start to have more symptoms. My aches and pains come back and I get more funny heartbeats.
Today i had a few beats that i think were PVCs from what i've been reading. They were single beats that felt like a lurch and i felt a bit light headed with them. I don't much like them.
I think I really need to have a good rest every afternoon but I haven't been doing this so much in the last few days.
sleep and rest certainly help with my recovery.
