back pain

I was a healthy and fit person before I had an accident at work back in Jan 2005. Initially I was told that I had a deep muscle tear and it wasnt till 3 months later that they realised that I had a sub-capital fracture and was told that I had to have my hip scews inplanted in my hip so it would mend properly. Kept having lots of pain and after months of furher investigations via MRI my surgeon said that I had a Labral tear in my joint and it needed to be rectified. So in Jan 2006 again to hospital for my second operation this time (Laproscopic). After my op my surgeon said that he cleaned up the area as much as he could but there are signs of bone on bone already and that was due to the trauma cause by the accident. I kept getting lots of pain not being able to sleep, bend and so on. In May my surgeon said that there are signs of AVN only thing left to do to eleveate the pain would be a THR. You guessed it back in hospital for the third time for the major op which I did at the end of May same year. Had lots of re-hab and so no and I was still having lots of pain, as usual I was put on all sorts of meds (I am not a friend of meds) but still having pain. X-rays showed as everything normal in my hip joint except for the MRI which should Ectopic Bones growing around the hip area. I was getting a lot of catching, clickick, knocking, and back pain with hip movements, My surgeon had referred to other surgeons and they all to the conclusion that I need to go back in hospital so my surgeon to have a look at my hip joint and to excise the ectopic bone then recieve radiation to stop them from growing again. So back again for the fourth time for an other major op which was done in Dec 2006.After the op the surgeon said that all went ok and that ge revised (changed) my hip ball and cleaned out the area agian and radiation was administered at oncology. I went to re-hab again and could not stand the pain, I was wondering if this was all worth living but I kept thinking of the people that love me most so I kept going. I have been to all types of medical proffessional, other surgeons, pain managers, councellors to try and help me, but again it was all in vain. I kept going backwards and forward to my surgeon for answears and all he kepy telling me was that the prosthises is good and in place which didnt help me. He then referred me to and other surgeon and he concluded that I should have a second revision of my hip and to release the illiosoas tendon (its main function it takes the wieght of your leg when lifting it towards your stomach while sitting and or going upstairs) he said that he has done a few of this type with good success. When my wife pressured him and asked would I have total recovery, he fell short by saying  and qoute "there is no guarantee but he obtains around 98 % success rate. So we decided to agian for the fifth time to do major surgery again which I did in August of 2007. I can say that after 5 operations  with the last 3 being major opsand and the radiation treatment I can say that after 7 months post last op I am in much worst position in hip and leg movement and same with the pain. I am sorry having to bore with my problem but I dont know what to do, I feel I have exausted every avenew.
