chronic post craniotomy pain

pain in top righ building -- fine if i don't get up
burr hole for drainage done 3 yrs ago dec 28 crainiotomy for evacuation  3 years ago feb 2
no percocet today yet
blood pressure meds  am ramipril 10 mg atenol 50mg
1 novo-lorazem 1mg

pm bp will be the same as am
an a good day/ to work / get up
i need 6 - 10 percocet to get through the day sucessfully
This has been prescribed and consistant from the time of hospital release for masive subdural hematoma right side
