Cold sensations

Hello everyone. A summary of my health: I have frequent headaches(just about every day) sometimes I see bright white lights in the shape of cicrcles, these lights seem to come and go as they please, I also get light headed and dizzy when I stand up, there is a history of neurological problems in my family.Today I was siting in class when the back of my upper arms felt freezing cold. It came on sudden and only went down to my elbows. After a couple minutes it from my entire back upper arm to spots. After about 10-15 min it went away.  Any idea as to what the hell that was about?
