Forgot how bad ct really is and iv not even hit 24hrs yet. Oh my god this is terrible i remember why i couldnt give it up now but im still trying and not took anything yet but i dont know if thats practical i should have worked it out a bit more first instead of diving in. I get diazepam on tuesday i should have waited till i got them never mind 1minute at a time
Thats right one minute at a time james.. I know you and kim fill like ****.. I know how bad it *****.. Hot baths showers for both of you many of them.. do you have a hot water bottle heating pad electric blanket... share those.. heat anywhere you can get it.. You can do this. Please both of you.. stay hydrated.. Kim with crying this is specially true for you..
