didn't sleep very well last night. same old , same old. mama's nurse is coming today to check on her.
she's o.k. so far. i wrote in my journal yesterday and it posted twice,on each, anybody know how to delete
extra one's? or can you delete them . just learning this site . o.k. going to check out this site some more and check my email. be well !! later
