lost and hurting

I am young and used to race motorcycles(dirt bikes) and have managed to break 25  bones and have 14 surguries all before the age of 33. I began pain mgmt 10+ years ago and while pregnant my doctor was scared to keep prescribing my methadone so he asked me to go to a methadone clinic until my baby was born. I said ok, but I moved from FL to NC while pregnant and now that I have had my baby, no doctor wants to touch me bacause I went to a methadone clinic. I was on a good combination of meds that kept me from lying in bed crying from pain daily and now I'm back in the same boat. If anyone knows any doctors in NC please help.
