Hi,
I am 24 years old, uncircumsized, in august I noticed a rash on the foreskin there were small bumps and it spread quickly to the head and around the foreskin (there was no discharge or discomfort urinating) just a slight burn. The next day I went to the health department and they said it does not look like herpes so they did an std screening, the results came out negative. I went to see a urologist who believed it was a irritation that will go away if I leave it alone. So I did and after a month of no intercourse and no friction the conditions still persist. At this point I went to see a dermatologist who's diagnostic was contact dermatitis and perscribed FLUOC/AQU (sorry this is on the bottle) his own personal concauction I began to apply this twice daily as instructed. The conditions seemed to get worse. At this point I made an appointment with a secound urologist who was not exactly sure what it is but wanted to try something, he prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1% the first day the conditions seemed to get better the skin started to become white again and after the 2nd day it started to burn and turn red rash like I immediately stopped usage and after about a week the condition seems to minimize. Then with any type of friction or even an erection the condition immediately comes back. I am now going on six months with this condition I have never had anything like this before. I need some kind of help. I have spent $2000 and every doctor I see is in a rush to go and not really study what this could be. I have seen other post with identical problems never a result. Should I get a biopsy to see what it could be?
