My partner would like some information on what he can do to releave this hip pain. It's been going on for several months and seems to be getting worse. It's mostly bad in the mornings, it continues througout the day. He cannont sit down for more than a few minutes at a time. Laying down does not help much either.
We don't have any medical or I would force him to go to the doctor.
Can anyone help. I wondering if it could be something in his lower back effecting his hip.

I am also only 21. It may be possible that something's going on in his hip or back. Try going to a massage therapist or a chiropractor. They may be of some use. I went to a chiropractor for hip pain and it did help me a lot, but unfortunately I stopped going becaise of my busy schedule and now it came back. I hope your partner feels beter! Hip pain really sucks!

I suggest having him see a rheumatologist or an ortho Dr, most hospitals have some type of financial assistance that you can apply for.  Certain types of arthritis is common among the younger age group like rheumatoid arthritis.  This is not something to mess with.  In the meantime, moist heat can help them aches and pains.
