6 Weeks-29.11.12

6 weeks

I caught a cold virus and slowed right down.
I stopped my exercises temporarily.
I've had quite a bit of fluttery heartbeats and some achiness in my chest.
I am rather frustrated to take a step backwards but realise I need to just go with it.
This week i had to work a longer day on Tuesday and i needed to rest a lot more during the rest of the week.
I still have blotches on my thigh where the bruising was and still get a bit of an ache in the area sometimes.
Looking foward to being right over the virus and exercising more and feeling fitter soon.

i know how you feel about the cold virus. I have had one myself this week and it has made me feel abit rubbish. I had a few fluttery beats and small palpitations and today i feel abit heady. Not dizzy, but just really tired and like i have a fuzzy head. I'm hoping it will clear after a good rest tonight. Just as we start to feel normal again we get something else eh! Well rest up and i hope you feel better soon.

Thanks :)  I am getting better. Not always being good about resting, which is silly, because i feel heaps better when I do. I'm impatient now.
Hope you are feeling better.

I'm feeling alot better now. Even managed to finish the christmas shopping at the weekend. Did alot of walking around and i found that yesterday my knee really ached. After the ablation i had an issue with my knee, i think it was a bruised nerve. So every now and then it aches. But other then that all is well.

Oh that's great. Obviously just have our odd ups and downs. I felt abit light headed again yesterday, but it didn't last long. I think i got up too quick. Feel fine today. I think i'm just so intune with every beat i notice everything. Need to try and ignore it.haha.
