I took the Magnesium and Calcium last night before bed. Falling asleep was a litlle tough but I slept soundly. Of course Daylight savings time cost me an hour of rest but it's OK. I took my amino's and B-complex this morning about 2 hours ago. Ate a bowl of cereal with it. I'm at work now. Right now the only effect is a flushed feeling and a little fatigue. Anxiety is probably a tiny bit elevated because of the strange feeling. Chest tightness is down though which is good. Another hour of sleep would be great LOL.
