Went to the gym the day before yesterday.  Man, my chest and tri's are so sore.  It feel great to be sore actually.  I can't believe how great I feel.  I'm down to 212.2 pounds from eating right and walking.  Well at the gym I lifted and then ran 5 mins, walk 5 mins, ran 5 mins, walk 5 mins and did that for 30 mins total.  I've been taking vitamins and eating lots of fruit and veggies.  I just can't believe how good I feel in my mood.  I just have more energy and my confidence has increased so much.  Not ego and arrogance or cockiness just a plain good feeling from within.  I know that things will change and that I will be faced with challenges ahead, but I'm going to make it.  Prayer has been VERY important .  When I'm in temptation to overeat or eat the wrong things I pray.  God releases me from that train of thought quickly.  Sometimes I have to continue praying, He has been helping me.
